New point system in the Rewards Centre

Hello everyone,

Due to the delivery and transaction costs involved in processing various rewards, we have had to make some changes to our reward options, which you can now see in the Rewards Centre.

The number of points required for PayPal, NTUC, Capital Malls, Cold Storage, Takashimaya and SPC has increased, but the number of points required for Google Play and iTunes remains unchanged. On the other hand, we have reduced the number of points required to redeem Grab and RedMart e-vouchers. These rewards have been discounted by 1,000 points.

We understand that it may take some time to adjust to these changes and we hope you understand why these changes are necessary. We encourage you to redeem the e-voucher options to benefit from the discounts, and you won’t need to wait 6 weeks to receive these rewards as they take less time for us to process.
