How to use Grab code

First of all, you need to obtain the Grab Code from “My Rewards”

Simply follow the steps below to obtain your Grab code from Toluna:

1) Hover your mouse to your profile and you will see “My Rewards” under the drop down list. Click on it.
2) Once you are on “MY Rewards” Page, select the date range accordingly then click “show”
3) A list of redemption will appear. You will see the Grab code under Gifts – GrabGifts E-Voucher. The code is usually alpha numeric, e.g 5CLJVHR7

Next, follow the steps below to use the Grab Code:

1) Download the Grab app from the Apple App store or the Google Play store
2) On the Grab App booking screen, select your pick-up and drop-off points.
3) Choose the vehicle type and choose your preferred payment method.
4) Enter the code in the promo code field.
5) Tap ‘Book’ and enjoy your discount.
6) Upon successful booking, you’ll automatically receive a notification.

Please take note of the following:

*The Grab code may only be valid for use a couple of days after you received the code in “My Rewards” thus you will receive a notification saying that the code is invalid when you key in to the apps on the day you receive it.

* All Grab codes come with an expiry date. The expiry date format is mm/dd/yy e.g 12/31/2019.
